How to install XAMPP on Windows 10 and fix ports

After installing XAMPP:

1.0. Open httpd.conf
1.1. Change “Listen 80” to “Listen 8082”
1.2. Change “ServerName localhost:80” to
“ServerName localhost:8082”

2.0. Open httpd-ssl.conf
2.1. Change “Listen 443” to
“Listen 44340”

3.0. Voila!
